everyday prayer!

working in a huge ER is really difficult & challenging. my anxiety level is overwhelming, not to mention the thing that pushing me to work harder to prove them that i can cope up with the american nurses.

with this kind of burden, i usually start my work with this prayer:

"Oh, that you would bless me and enlarge my territory! Let your hand be with me, and keep me from harm so that I will be free from pain."

yes my friends, this is so familiar because this is Jabez's prayer, i started praying this when i was in st. lukes... and it has been very effective.

at the same time, i used to ask God for an EASY JOB, but then i realized that there was no easy area in a level 1 trauma center. after 3 consecutive days of horrible duties, i changed it : LORD dont give me an EASY JOB, JUST GIVE ME ENOUGH COURAGE, STRENGTH AND FAITH IN YOU TO MAKE this JOB EASIER.....and it works.

....... if you think your burden is too big for you, dont forget that you have a BIGGER ALLY!
